Ref.: Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Dear Sir/Madam, This is in furtherance to our earlier disclosure dated July 21, 2026, informing the Stock Exchanges that the certified copy of the Order dated July 10, 2026 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-I (”Hon'ble NCLT”), approving the Resolution Plan of SAB Events & Governance Now Media Limited under the Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process in accordance with Chapter III-A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, was received by the Company on July 21, 2026. Pursuant to the approved Resolution Plan and the aforesaid Order of the Hon’ble NCLT, we hereby inform you that the Monitoring Committee has been constituted with effect from July 22, 2026 to supervise and monitor the implementation of the approved Resolution Plan until its effective implementation, in accordance with the terms thereof.
