The date of Board Meeting to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, will be informed in due course. During the closure of Trading Window, all Directors, Promoters, Insiders, Designated Persons, Auditors, Connected Persons including but not limited to the persons specified in the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, are advised not to, directly or indirectly, trade or deal or enter into any transaction involving sale or purchase of the Company’s equity shares, either in their own name or in the name of their immediate relatives. Terms not defined in this notice shall have the same meaning as defined in the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Note: Please note that pursuant to BSE Limited circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and National Stock Exchange of India Limited circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019 titled “Clarification regarding trading restriction period”, the trading window shall close from the end of every quarter i.e. March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 and shall open only after 48 hours of declaration of financial results for every quarter approved at the concerned Board Meeting.
