Closure of Trading Window

H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from July 01, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the company publicly declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
