No. 99/29.67.001/2025-26 dated November 28, 2025, basis the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Risk Management Committee of Board, the Board of Directors of the Bank has, on October 1,2026, by circulation, approved the appointment of Mr. Alok Pathak, as Chief Risk Officer of the Bank for a period of Three (3) years from October 01, 2026, to September 30, 2029; and 2) approved the redesignation of Mr. Yogesh Dixit as “Head – Governance Projects” with effect from October 01, 2026.
