The leadership transition follows the completion of the acquisition of a 64.26% stake in Kronox Lab Sciences on September 29, by Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited recently. The move marks a new phase in the Company’s growth following the completion of the change in shareholding. Mr. Kalra has been appointed as Managing Director and CEO for a period of five years. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the chemicals industry, he brings extensive expertise across global operations, P&L management, manufacturing, strategic planning and international business expansion across India, the US, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Commenting on his appointment, Suresh Kalra, Managing Director & CEO, Kronox Lab Sciences Ltd, said, “Kronox has built a strong foundation in high-purity speciality chemicals, supported by its manufacturing capabilities, technical expertise and growing presence across domestic and international markets.
