Roto Pumps Ltd has announced the voting results of its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2026. The meeting was attended by 6,655 shareholders, representing 44.22% of the total shareholding. The results of the voting on the resolutions contained in the notice of the AGM have been declared as passed with the required majority. The report of the Scrutinizer is being enclosed as per Annexure A. The above results have been declared based on the Scrutinizer's report dated October 1, 2026.
