With further reference to our communication dated August 13, 2026, we wish to inform you that pursuant to the Share Acquisition Agreement dated 13th Aug 2026 entered with EFC (I) Limited, our Company has been allotted 10,20,038 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each of EFC (I) Limited on account of consideration received for the sale of 51% holding held by us in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited (51% Subsidiary) and the closing of the transaction stands completed. Consequent to the said sale, Ultrafresh has ceased to a Subsidiary of the Company Kindly take the above information on record.
