The disclosure, as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure- A to this letter. The orders have been received in the ordinary course of business and are expected to strengthen the Company’s consolidated order book and enhance revenue visibility over the execution period. Further, the promoter, promoter group and group companies do not have any interest in the entity awarding the orders, and the aforesaid transactions do not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
