their meeting held on 04th September, 2026, the Members of the Company has considered and
approved the Dividend by passing Ordinary Resolution @ Rs. 0.80 (Rupees Fifty Paisa Only) (i.e.
40%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- for the financial year 2025-2026, at 55th Annual General
Meeting held on Wednesday, the 30th day of September, 2026.
