The fire was promptly controlled and there were no human injuries or casualties reported. The Company has adequate insurance coverage in respect of the affected assets and has initiated the claim process with the insurance company. The Company is also in the process of ascertaining the exact cause of the fire incident and assessing the final extent of loss/damage. Additional details as per SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 is mentioned in Annexure-A. No. Particulars Description 1. Expected quantum of loss/damage caused The estimated loss/damage caused due to the fire incident is approximately Rs. 4 Crores. 2. Whether loss/damage covered by insurance or The loss/damage caused by the fire is adequately covered under the Company’s not, including amount insurance policy. The Company holds a comprehensive FIRE IAR (Industrial All Risk) Policy with a sum insured of Rs. 1,528.30 Crores, along with an additional coverage of Rs. 171 Crores towards Fire Loss of Profit, through its insurance provider. The claim process has been initiated with the insurance company. 3. Estimated impact on the production/ operations The fire incident has affected certain plant in case of strikes/lock outs and machinery, Raw materials & Building. The incident is expected to have only a minor impact on the overall production and operations of the Company. The Company is taking necessary measures to restore the affected area and ensure continuity of operations with minimal disruption. 4.
