Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform regarding the Change in KMPs: 1) Ms. AnJali Mirchandani has been appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of the Company w.e.f. l"t October, 2026. She is a Commerce Graduate and a Fellow member of Insurance Institute of India (III). Her career in the industry commenced in 1990 and in her whole tenure, she has successfully led key operational and administrative functions, serving as Head of Operating Offices as well as Regional Divisions. Her key areas of Expertise & Operational Governance include Underwriting, Risk Management, Claims Management, Adjudication, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, Strategic Leadership, Marketing and Comprehensive Operational Mastery. 2) Ms. Rema Devi V. has been appointed as the Chief Underwriting Officer of the Company w.e.f. l"t October, 2026. Ms. Rema Devi V. is having more than 34 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, having handled diverse roles across various Lines of Business, Marketing, and Administration. She holds a Post Graduate degree in Economics and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. 3) Ms. Uma Iyer has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company w.e.f. lst October, 2026. She is a commerce graduate , fellowship specialization in Marine, Fire, Miscellaneous and Health Insurance from Insurance Institute of India , Mumbai. Her expertise extends to multiple departments including Legal, Technical and Marketing specially in the domain of digital marketing. Kindly take the same on record.
