No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SG/2026-2027/401) This is in response to your captioned email regarding the significant increase in the volume of the Company’s security across Exchanges, in the recent past. In this regard, we wish to inform you that as of today, there are no events, information, etc. that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information, which are required to be disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We further wish to inform you that the members of the promoter group have sold 40 Lacs equity shares of the Company on September 29-30, 2026 and the disclosure with respect to the said sale of equity shares of the Company as per the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 duly submitted today on October 1, 2026 by the members of the promoter group as well as the Company to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited. Further, in addition to the above said sale of equity shares of the Company, we are unable to comment on the significant increase, if any, in the volume of the Company’s security across Exchanges, in recent past.
