Intimation for closure of Trading for approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2026.

Unitech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective from July 1, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Code of Conduct, to prevent insider trading before the financial results are made public. The date for the Board meeting to approve these results will be intimated later.
