Closure of Trading Window

Dev Accelerator Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 1, 2026. This is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the company publicly announces its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be intimated separately.
