Scrip Code: 500672 Sub: Intimation of receipt of a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon change in the name of the Company pursuant to Regulations 30 and 45 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”) Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation of our earlier communication dated August 17, 2026, and pursuant to Regulations 30 and 45 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation on October 01, 2026 consequent upon the change in the name of the Company from "Novartis India Limited" to "Evonile Pharma Limited", with effect from October 01, 2026. The change in the name of the Company has been effected pursuant to the approval accorded by the shareholders of the Company by way of a Special Resolution duly passed at the 78th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 24, 2026, and the consequent approval granted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Further, in connection with the aforesaid change of name:  Clause I (Name Clause) of the Memorandum of Association ("MoA") of the Company has been amended to reflect the new name of the Company as "Evonile Pharma Limited"; and  The Articles of Association ("AoA") of the Company stand amended, wherever applicable, to substitute the existing name "Novartis India Limited" with "Evonile Pharma Limited". Accordingly, the name of the Company shall henceforth be "Evonile Pharma Limited".
