Dear Sir / Madam, In continuation to our intimation letter dated 25th September, 2026, bearing number FML: SEC: F-43A (XIII), we inform you that the 02/2026-27 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the “Second A” Equity Shareholders of Force Motors Limited (the ‘Company’) will be held on Monday, 26th October, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’), in accordance with the applicable Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), inter-alia, to consider the proposal of removal of restrictions of transferability and other incidental conditions of 1,15,748 "Second A" Equity Shares (held by shareholders in physical mode), subject to other regulatory approvals, if any. It is also informed that these equity shares are currently not listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the Stock Exchanges where equity shares of the Company are currently listed and being traded. Further, please note that the Company has fixed following dates in connection with the aforesaid EGM of the “Second A” Equity Shareholders: (A) Cut-off Date for E-Voting: The "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of determining eligibility of the “Second A” Equity Shareholders to vote through remote e-Voting or e-Voting facility at the EGM is Monday, 19th October, 2026.
