Amendment in MOA and AOA There was a need to amend the existing MOA & AOA of the Company with a view to rationalize it in conformity with the Companies Act, 2013; and therefore, new set of MOA & AOA shall be adopted subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. The contents of old MOA & AOA as per the Companies Act, 1956, which are necessarily required to be incorporated in new set of MOA & AOA as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, shall be considered diligently.
