Postponement of commercial production/operations

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the commencement of commercial production at Manufacturing Facility-V has been further delayed on account of certain operational and procedural matters taking longer than anticipated. However, we are happy to inform that the Company has received the Occupation Certificate in respect of Manufacturing Facility-V on September 30, 2026. Thereby, the commercial production is now expected by the end of October 2026 or earlier, subject to receipt of requisite approvals. The date of commencement of commercial production will be intimated accordingly in due course.
