Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026

Welspun Corp Ltd has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on July 17, 2026, to adopt the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹5 per equity share (100% on ₹5 face value) for FY2026. The AGM agenda also includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, re-appointment of Mr. Aneesh Misra as a Director, and ratification of the cost auditor's remuneration for FY2027.
