In this regard, it is hereby clarified that the designation of Mr. Anand Piramal as ‘Executive Director’ in relation to Piramal Realty was inadvertently mentioned due to a typographical/ clerical error. Mr. Anand Piramal does not hold the position of Executive Director at Piramal Realty. Accordingly, the designation of Mr. Anand Piramal on the Board of Piramal Realty reflecting on Page nos. 130 and 583, respectively, should be read as ‘Director’ instead of ‘Executive Director’. Except as modified by this Corrigendum, all other contents of the Reports shall remain unchanged. The revised Reports incorporating the above correction, will also be made available on the website of the Company at https://www.piramalfinance.com/investor-corner/financial-reports.
