Brief Profile (in case of Mr. Kartik Manimuthu is a senior technology leader appointment) with over 10 years of extensive experience across FinTech, Cloud Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Engineering. He was Senior Director – Engineering, AI & Data at SMC Group (SMC Global Securities / Stoxkart), where he has lead the organisation's AI/ML and enterprise data strategy. He has led significant technology transformation initiatives, including the transition of a legacy on- premises environment to a scalable hybrid-cloud ecosystem, and managing a technology investment portfolio of over ₹100 Crore. He has also built AI/ML and Data functions from the ground up, with strong focus on Generative AI, LLMs, data platforms, automation, cybersecurity and FinOps. His earlier experience includes leadership roles at SMC Group/Stoxkart, Scrut Automation and BYJU'S, spanning engineering leadership, cloud architecture, platform transformation and enterprise technology. Qualifications: He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. 4.
