Date: October 01, 2026 To To National Stock Exchange of India Ltd BSE Limited Exchange Plaza, 5th Floor, C-1, Block G, 1st Floor, Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers Dalal Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai 400051 Street Mumbai – 400001 Symbol: REGAAL Scrip Code: 544485 Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 - Material developments with respect to disruption of operations Dear Sir/ Madam, In continuation to our earlier disclosure dated 10th September, 2026, made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”), regarding the damage detected in the rotor and fan of one of the Company’s turbines (“The Turbine”) having capacity of 10 MW at the Company’s newly commissioned manufacturing facility of 825 TPD located at Bhatgaon, Galgalia Check Post, Thakurganj Block, District-Kishanganj, Bihar – 855106, we wish to inform that there has been a further development in the repair and recommissioning timeline of the Turbine. Based on the detailed assessment and the progress of repair activities, the timeline for fixing, installation and recommissioning of the Turbine is expected to be extended by approximately 5 days from the timeline communicated earlier, subject to completion of the ongoing repair and installation activities. The Company’s other manufacturing operations continue to operate normally and remain unaffected. The Company has made all requisite disclosures to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with the applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations in respect of the aforesaid matter and shall continue to monitor the repair process closely and will keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any further material developments in this regard.
