This is to inform you that pursuant to the Company's 'Code of Conduct' for
Prevention of Insider Trading (Code of Conduct) under the Securities and
Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as
amended, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall
remain closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined
under the 'Code of Conduct' from Wednesday, the 1st July, 2026 till the end of
two clear trading days after communication of Unaudited financial results of the
Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges.
