We would like to inform you that, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and
Report Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,
2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain
closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from July 1, 2026 till completion of
48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter
ending on June 30, 2026.
