Trading Window

Music Broadcast Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. This closure will be effective from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and related SEBI circulars, which also include freezing of PANs of designated persons by CDSL during this period.
