Dear Sir / Madam, This is with reference to our letter dated 23 June 2026 informing the Stock Exchange(s) about the cyber security incident that occurred on the said date involving a ransomware attack impacting the systems of Bajaj Auto Limited (“the Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, viz. Bajaj Auto Technology Limited (“BATL”). In furtherance to the above communication and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform that the Company’s manufacturing operations, sales, service activities, dealer support functions, customer services and other key business functions are operating normally following the cyber security incident reported on 23 June 2026. While the investigation remains ongoing, the Company remains focused on business continuity and serving its customers, dealers, vendors and business partners.
