Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the delay in submission of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, the Company wishes to provide the following update: The delay in finalization and submission of the Audited Financial Results was primarily on account of the sudden resignation of the Statutory Auditor of the Company, which resulted in the inability to complete the audit of the financial statements within the prescribed timeline under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Subsequently, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on June 9, 2026, appointed a Statutory Auditor to fill the casual vacancy caused by such resignation, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The approval of the shareholders for the appointment of the Statutory Auditor shall be sought at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled to be held on July 7, 2026.
