Closure of Trading Window of the Company in respect of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026

BASF India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in equity shares, effective from July 1, 2026, until August 7, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the Board Meeting scheduled for August 4, 2026. The Board will consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these results.
