Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code
of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s
shares shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026, for all designated persons
and their immediate relatives. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the
announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and
Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, as approved by the Board of
Directors at its meeting.
The date of the Board Meeting at which the said financial results will be considered shall be
intimated in due course.
