Accordingly, Company has designated NSDL as its designated depository and provided the information including PAN of Promoter(s), promoter group, director(s) and designated person(s) in the manner as specified by the depositories for freezing of PAN at security level from July 01, 2026, till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. As per Regulation 2(1) (f) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time. “IMMEDIATE RELATIVE” means a Spouse of a Person, and includes Parent, Sibling, and Child of such person or of the Spouse, any of whom is either dependent financially on such person or consults such person in taking decisions relating to trading in securities.
