Ltd. under Section 12A of Chapter IIIA of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 by way of email on 22" June, 2026. The said notice requires the Company to appear, either in person or through its authorized representative/counsel, before the Mediation Centre, Mazgaon Court, Mumbai on 02" July, 2026 at 11.00 A.M. The claim pertains to alleged outstanding dues, together with interest thereon, in respect of supplies made by Makharia Machineries Pvt. Ltd. to the Company. The Company further wishes to inform that the entire principal amount of Rs. 2,62,492/- claimed by Makharia Machineries Pvt. Ltd. has been paid by the Company and is awaiting confirmation from the creditor. The Company is taking appropriate steps in the matter and shall participate in the mediation proceedings, as required.
