The order is for the supply of TDPS design 2-Pole generators, for gas turbine applications and to be installed in the United States of America, with deliveries scheduled between August 2027 and January 2028. The order marks a significant foray by TDPS into the global 2-Pole generator market with its own in-house design, further strengthening the Company’s presence in this segment. Additionally, we confirm that none of the promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the multinational company that has awarded the order. The order has been awarded by a Multinational Corporation that is not a related party of either TDPS USA or the Company and accordingly does not fall within the purview of related party transactions.
