Subject: Closure of Trading Window
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to
time and Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading
in Securities, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Insiders will be
closed from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for
the quarter ended on June 30, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have
been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure
of trading window.
The date of Board Meeting, to consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the
quarter ended on June 30, 2026 shall be communicated in due course of time.
