Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we, Bajaj Electricals
Limited (“Company”), enclose herewith the copies of newspaper advertisements published today i.e. June 26,
2026, in ‘Free Press Journal’ (English) and ‘Navshakti’ (Marathi), informing, inter-alia about:
a. The 87th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August
6, 2026, at 03:00 PM (IST) through VC/OAVM facility without physical presence of Members at a common
venue;
b. The AGM Notice and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, which shall be sent via e-mail to those Members whose
e-mail addresses are registered either with the Company or their respective depository participants and
related information;
c. The registration of e-mail addresses by the Members;
d. The manner of registering KYC by the Members, including bank details for receiving the final dividend;
e. The participation of the Members at the 87th AGM and e-voting related information; and
f. The details relevant to the payment of the final dividend.
