(‘MPPI’), a subsidiary of Nanomi B.V., the Netherlands (‘Nanomi’), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, was in the process of completing the buyback of the balance 30,559 shares. We wish to inform you that MPPI has completed the buy-back of the aforesaid 30,559 shares. Consequently, effective October 01, 2026, MPPI has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Nanomi and step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
