Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons for trading in Company’s Shares/Securities, the “Trading Window” shall remain closed from October 01, 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026.
