During the AGM, shareholders will consider and approve a recommended dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company has set July 28, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders, and the dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before September 02, 2026.
