Catobo is an engineering and technical solutions group that enables industries to improve productivity, safety and sustainability. They provide solutions for Helipad / Vertiport Design & Construction, Airfield Lighting, and Aircraft Warning Lights with its head office in UAE. Jonjua Overseas Limited is a company which operates from Mohali, Punjab. It is believed that the MoU will enable Jonjua Overseas Limited to have a cutting edge in the field of Helipad / Vertiport Design & Construction, Airfield Lighting, and Aircraft Warning Lights for its aviation operations. The aim of the MoU is to synergise the effort of both the companies in development of aviation market mainly helipad and/or heliport. MoU is based upon innovation and excellence in engineering projects in VTOL segment and enabling border and hill states to have these aviation facilities.
