Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that in terms of compliance of Company's Code of Conduct for
Regulating and Monitoring trading by Insiders pursuant of the provisions of the SEBI
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in
the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders of the Company
from July 01, 2026 upto forty eight hours after the announcement of Un-audited
Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter of Financial year 2026-27
ending on June 30, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges.
