The said unaudited results alongwith the limited review report of the Statutory Auditor will be submitted with the stock exchanges after the same will be taken on record/approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. Further in continuation to our earlier communication dated June 24, 2026 w.r.t. intimation for ‘trading window closure’ we would like to inform that the “Trading Window” of the Company with respect to the aforesaid agenda item which was closed with effect from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till Saturday, August 01, 2026 (both days inclusive).
