The closure is in connection with the finalization and approval of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of Board meeting to consider, inter alia, Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter ending on June 30, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course. The trading window shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the said results of the Company are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges.
