approved General Information Document (‘GID’) for issuance of POWERGRID Debentures
(“Debt Securities” / “Bonds”), in one or more tranches or through one or more issuances, for
the fiscal year 2026-27 on a Private Placement basis.
The meeting of ‘Committee of Directors for Bonds’ commenced at 03:00 P.M. and
concluded at 03:30 P.M.
