Further to our letter dated 28th July, 2026 intimating therein that the Company has invested in Shivam Grid Solutions
Private Limited (Subsidiary Company) by way of Initial subscription to the Memorandum & Articles of the Company
amounting to 51% shareholding, please note that the Company has obtained Commencement of Business for the
same on 30th September, 2026.
The details in compliance of Reg. 30 and other relevant provisions of SEBI Listing regulations have already been
disclosed in our earlier letters dated 14th July, 2026 and 28th July, 2026.
