In terms of the Schedule B of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report
trading by designated persons in listed or proposed to be listed securities of the Company
(‘Code’), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all
Designated Persons under the Code from 1 July 2026 and the same shall remain closed till
48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first
quarter ending on 30 June 2026 are declared and disseminated to Stock Exchanges.
