Closure of Trading Window

Music Broadcast Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure aligns with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. Furthermore, PANs of designated individuals will be frozen by Central Depository Services Limited for trading during this period, as per recent SEBI circulars.
