Under the said transactions, the Company raised ₹39,54,98,051/- (Rupees Thirty-Nine Crores Fifty-Four Lakhs Ninety-Eight Thousand Fifty-One Only) and ₹1,00,76,44,645/- (Rupees One Hundred Crores Seventy-Six Lakhs Forty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five Only) through the assignment of Two-Wheeler Loan receivables aggregating to ₹43,94,42,279/- (Rupees Forty-Three Crores Ninety-Four Lakhs Forty-Two Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy-Nine Only) and ₹1,11,96,05,161/- (Rupees One Hundred Eleven Crores Ninety-Six Lakhs Five Thousand One Hundred Sixty-One Only), respectively. Please note that this is the Fifth and Sixth Securitization / Direct Assignment transaction carried out by the Company during FY 2026-27. The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.
