Trading Window

Anjani Portland Cement Limited has informed the Exchange about the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons. The closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the public declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading.
