The closure applies to the Promoters, members of the Promoter Group, Directors (including suspended Directors), Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, Connected Persons, other Insiders and their Immediate Relatives. This intimation is made pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time. It is also made pursuant to SEBI Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022, SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD- 2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025, read with the Company's "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons". Accordingly, all Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives and Connected Persons have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. Further, in accordance with the above SEBI circulars, the PANs of the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives have been updated on the CDSL portal for freezing at security level (ISIN: INE632X01030) during the trading window closure period. As the Company is undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and the powers of its Board of Directors stand suspended under Section 17 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the date on which the Resolution Professional will consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
