Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for directors, designated employees, and connected persons. This is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will close from the end of the June 2026 quarter and reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for that quarter. The date for the board meeting to approve results will be intimated later.
