Mr. Deepak Donde, Director of the Company chaired the Meeting. The requisite quorum being present, the Chairman called the meeting to order. The Chairman delivered his speech. The Chairman informed that the Company had provided the members the facility to cast their vote electronically, on all resolutions set forth in the Notice. The following items of the business, as per the Notice of AGM dated 08" September 2026 was transacted at the meeting: Ordinary Business: 1. To receive and adopt Audited Statement of Profit & Loss for the year ended 31% March 2026 and the Balance Sheet as at on that date together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors. 2. Appointment of M/s Shweta Jain & Co. LLP (FRN 127673W), as Statutory Auditors of the company for a period of 5 years: 3. Appointment of M/s. Jaiswal A & Co, Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors and fix their remuneration for a period of 5 consecutive years, from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2031: Special Business 4. Regularization of Additional Director, Ms. Mousumi Halder (DIN 11654374) as Director of the Company. 5. Regularization of Additional Director, Mr Ripan Das (DIN: 11163720) as Executive Director of the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Arun Kumar Jaiswal, as the scrutinizer for e-voting process.
